Real-Time Response to Loiterers

Two loiterers casually sit in an entryway, unaware that they’re being monitored in real-time. When a live agent engages with them via the two-way talk function, they begin to move but at a slow pace. To make it clear that this isn’t an automated message, the agent activates the siren, ensuring the loiterers know they are being watched by a real person.
