Depending on your current Overwatch contract, the Protection Plan may already be included.
If you want to add the Protection Plan, the cost is a one-time charge of $15.95 per camera.
Start a claim, pay a service fee of $129, and everything is covered from there.

There are times when the network goes down or other technical issues cause a camera to go off line.
We receive a notification when this happens our technicians typically need to be on-site to figure out what needs to be fixed.
When you have the 360° plan in place, your cameras and system will be prioritized and we’ll have a response plan within 24-48 hours.
Minimal downtime = maximum protection.
