Our team effectively resolved an incident of transience on a restricted property, which was being continuously monitored by our Live Agent Monitoring system. In the early hours of the morning, an individual gained unauthorized access to one of the properties under our protection and proceeded to tamper with a locked lobby door. As soon as this intrusion was detected by our cameras, an alert was transmitted to our command center. Our Live Agent swiftly accessed the system remotely and issued a warning to the intruder, who promptly heeded our advice and vacated the premises.
