Our team successfully deterred an unauthorized individual from loitering on a property that is under the protection of our state-of-the-art Live Agent monitoring system. Following the property’s closure, a transient individual trespassed onto the premises and sought concealment behind an electrical unit. Our highly advanced system immediately detected the intrusion and activated our live guard. After receiving the alert, the guard promptly accessed the property’s cameras and assessed the situation. Employing a highly effective talk-down technique, the guard provided the individual with verbal warnings and consistently communicated with him until he vacated the premises.
